Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care, beauty, or health-related products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Refund Processing

After the returned product has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to defective or incorrect items supplied by the company.

Exchanges

If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers should report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the order. Clear photos may be requested to assist with verification and resolution.
