Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to defective or incorrect items supplied by the company.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers should report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the order. Clear photos may be requested to assist with verification and resolution.
